Adventures In Math Class (c)

So, Math class. Once again, I was escaping my exasperation by writing twitters in math class when I had some sort of brain-circuit overload. I had multiplied two decimals by each other (and they were not nice decimals) and it gave me this really big number that filled up the entire calculator screen, and I screamed (that’s right, screamed) in class and every one stared at me, while I was busily banging my head on the desk asking why decimals were invented in the first place, and then I felt how I expect a drunk person feels, I was laughing at irrational things until my friend Rachel slapped me in the face (gently).  I left to wash my face with some water in the bathroom. I was then able to finish my math, even though Rachel told me this: “Big numbers are your friends. They will not hurt you.” Even though for the rest of the day, people in my class kept staring at me. Moral of the story is: Bring pillows to math class. That way people wont hear you when you scream. =D

p.s.- The math teacher said that if the calculator is going to affect me so, then maybe I just shouldn’t use calculators. :O
